Spent all morning making 5 different banchan out of my favorite summer ingredient—zucchini! I am so so proud of this spread—not only did it take me a long time to make it was absolutely delicious. I would pick this healthy, simple meal HANDS DOWN over any restaurant any day of the week and I am a HOME COOK!! I learned everything I know about cooking from Food Network, YouTube, my mom, and my aunts!! And here’s the thing—I’m an infinitely better cook today than when I wrote my first cookbook. I cannot WAIT to share all the things I continue to learn about cooking and eating and serving as I grow in the kitchen! #koreanfood #반찬 #호박
