Our emotions play such an important role in how we take action, so the key is to be aware of the STATE that we’re in. 👐

When we’re in a BEAUTIFUL STATE 😄 (i.e., energetic, certain, confident) our actions come from a place of strength and lead to better results.

But if we’re in a SUFFERING STATE 😤 (angst, insecurity, overwhelmed), our actions are more likely to lead us down a road of poor decision-making.
