Think about it like this.... 💭

You go into work in a bad mood and you start to react through the emotional state that you're in which is anger and frustration, not realizing that you're also affecting the mood of your coworkers.

Because they know and feel that you're in a bad mood, they end up being in a bad mood too....and not only is YOUR day ruined, but THEIRS as well. 🤷‍♂️

Isn't that crazy? The flow of energy from one person to another just like that?

People don't realize that changing your physiology creates an IMPACT like no other, and it all starts within YOU. The quality of your life is the QUALITY of where you live your life EMOTIONALLY.
