I've said this before and I'll keep saying it over and over again...

The quality of your life comes down to the quality of the questions you ask yourself on a day to day basis.

Ask great questions to get great answers that will then lead you to greater solutions. And on the other hand, ask bad questions and get bad answers. 🤷‍♂️

It's a simple concept that not alot of people take seriously.

Why do you think that is? 🤔

Most of the time it's because of our upbringing that we subconsciously think of the problem rather than look for a solution.

Sometimes it's just because we don't practice it enough...

Our brains need more repetitions to grow just as much as we need our muscles to grow.

The more we practice, the better we get.

So if you want to live a great life, you need to be more aware of what goes on inside of your head.

Keep learning because learning is key to your success in life.
