In our latest round of funding, we approved 22 grants totaling $5.4 million to community-based organizations focused on Care Provision & Community-Centered solutions. With this funding, our grantees bring care into non-traditional spaces, increase culturally relevant care, and implement peer support to address #addiction, #isolation, and other #MentalHealth challenges.
