1. breads //
- corn tortillas - the BEST for ur taco nights or even just to snack on
- sourdough - soooo tasty 😋 large slices of bread & not expensive !
- pizza crust - try these on the grill for a fun summer din !! 

2. salad kits //
- lemon basil pasta salad, mediterranean orzo pasta salad, lemony arugula salad kid - these never fail, the flavor combos are perfect 👌

3. dips //
- everything but the bagel greek yogurt dip - SOOO bussin w pita chips!
- triple layer hummus - hummus is good on everything 😮‍💨 this is a fun switch up

4. proteins //
- chicken sausage - truly a staple in my kitchen 😚
- pork tenderloins - toss these in the oven for a delish meal prep !
- salmon - top notch quality 🙌
- tempeh - protein central 🤑 even if you’re not plant based, this is so good & versatile !!
- frozen edamame - love adding this to random bowls for a veg + protein boost
- bone broth - so so good for your gut ! drink as is or use it in soups 😌

5. frozen //
- turkey burgers - another staple to just have as a backup din
- frozen rice varieties - 3 mins in the microwave later & u got urself a carb😛
- orange chicken + veg fried rice - so simple & soooo bussin
- terriyaki chicken - this deserves for hype fr‼️
- 3 cheese pizza - noah_behrmann’s fav 🤭

6. grains //
- harvest blend & thai wheat noodles - actually haven’t tried these yet but they looked fun & delish 🤩 
- orzo - so cheap!! orzo is great for one pot meals 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
