The constitutional right to abortion is on the Supreme Court docket. On 12/1, the Supreme Court is hearing Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a case that’s a direct challenge to Roe. 

Here’s the situation by the numbers. If Roe falls, 26 states would likely ban abortion outright. 12 states have “trigger bans” in place to automatically ban abortion if Roe is overturned. Over 100 abortion restrictions have been enacted in the states this year.

But we know that reproductive freedom is a fundamental freedom—and it must be protected.
