Today’s the Paid Leave National Day of Action, and we’re calling on Congress to pass paid leave for every body. 

Imagine having to choose between taking care of your new baby or putting food on the table. This is a decision that thousands of Americans face daily, because we’re one of the only countries in the world without a national paid leave policy.

Paid leave would provide families with financial security, ensuring people don't have to choose between taking the time they need to care for themselves and their loved ones or keeping their paycheck. Paid leave is at the core of our ability to make decisions about if, when, and how to start or grow a family—without it, reproductive freedom is pushed out of reach.
