People often ask me why I go so hard in the gym now… there are several legitimate reasons but honestly my fitness journey has a lot to do with being an active father… 

As many know my only son MJ currently has Autism and we connect a lot through physical activity like chase, tickle etc. Yesterday after a very hard workout 🥵…He wanted me to flip him in the pool…over and over and over and over again!🤪

Though I was completely exhausted…I am thankful that I was physically able to outlast his desire to be flipped…#dadwin

We had the best time together … because I decided to take my health seriously… 

I understand that this may not be your story but something God has for you could potentially be hindered due to poor health! Let’s get healthy together!
