When Michelle L. enrolled in unhonline's MBA program in the spring of 2020, she meticulously planned her academic journey, aiming for a May 2024 graduation. Little did she know her daughter, Leni, would be joining her at the ceremony – not just as a guest but as a fellow graduate. This unique dual graduation was sparked by an unexpected twist in Leni’s career plans.

For Michelle, UofNH was already a part of her life. For over a decade, she worked in administrative support for nhseagrant on UNH's Durham campus. With all of her experience, she developed a strong desire to grow her career with the organization. After discussing career growth with her boss, she decided that unhpaulcollege's Master of Business Administration program was the right fit.

For Leni, her path to UNH's MBA program was a bit different. After graduating from Middlebury College in 2023, she had a job in Boston all lined up. Or so she thought. Her start date kept getting pushed back until the opportunity just fell through. But then a new opportunity arose. After her dad suggested looking at unhgraduateschool, Leni decided to look into the one-year MBA program at UNH.

The mother-daughter duo faced different challenges as they took on this master's program and developed a unique dynamic that guided them all the way to graduation. Read more about their story at the link in bio.
