We spring forward tomorrow, which means everyone loses an hour of sleep ⏰ . Make the morning a bit easier by using a muffin tin to cook eggs for the whole family at once.

To make these, spray a muffin tin lightly with nonstick spray. Then crack each egg directly into the tin and season with salt and pepper. Bake the eggs at 350º for 15-20 minutes depending on how hard you want your yolks. Use a butter knife to gently loosen around the edge of each egg 🍳 and slip them out of the tin. Then use them to top avocado toast, breakfast tacos, or just eat them with bacon 🥓
