Here are a few examples: Deuteronomy 8:18 says, “But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.” This verse suggests that God is the source of wealth and that it is a blessing from him. Proverbs 22:29 says, “Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve before kings; he will not serve before obscure men.” This verse suggests that God can bless a person with the ability to succeed in their work. Matthew 25:14-30 talks about a parable of a master who entrusts his servants with money, and when the master returns, he rewards the servants who have invested and grown the money.
