The fastest was to increase the likelihood of your success is with a coach or mentor. 

Why do you need a coach?

𝟏. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

I think it is a great idea to have coaches (or mentors) that specialize in certain areas of your business. Results-Driven are a must!

𝟐. 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤

It’s always good to have an outside set of eyes look at what you’re doing and show you the holes and flaws you might be missing.

𝟑. 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞

I remember being on a call with a coaching student of mine and going through his business plan. I talked for about 30 seconds. He stopped and yelled out his business partner’s name. They stood around the computer…jaws were dropped and after a long pause one of them said “You just made us an easy million dollars!”
Fast forward 6 months later and I received an internal report from them and sure enough…1 MILLION DOLLARS in increased sales from one suggestion I made to them. 💰💰

𝟒. 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐀 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝

It is so important to get feedback before making big decisions. Even the Bible tells us “In a multitude of counselors there is safety” (Proverbs 11:14).

𝟓. 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Hey, we all need someone in our corner to cheer us on and push us to the next level. A good coach does more than just educate…they will also motivate.
