The fight to get justice for the deadly police beating of Tyre Nichols continues.

A federal judge heard arguments this week about whether the jury in the trial against the officers who killed Tyre Nichols should listen to evidence found in his car the night he was killed by police in 2023.

According to AP, on Tuesday, defense attorneys asked the judge if jurors could be introduced to evidence that Nichols had a hallucinogenic drug and stolen credit cards in his car when Memphis police pulled him over.
