## Caption

This year's summer reading is essential and dense with stories, data, and much more when it comes to race, racism, and the African-American experience. What was initially a general call for book recommendations became a faculty-curated list of rich list of essential reads. ⁣
⁣
Faculty at @runewark teach and work at one of the most diverse universities in the United States, and their research covers race and bias from across a wide range of disciplines in the arts, humanities, sciences, business and law.⁣
⁣
At times like this, it is key that one seeks education when fighting systemic racism and internal biases. ⁣

Check out the "News" highlight and swipe up on the story to dive deeper into faculty recommendations and why we should be reading them right now. ⁣
