We were lucky enough to have Trish Frail cater our Aboriginal Accessory Fashion Parade this week, including native ingredients in dishes across the menu. 

Trish, a Ngemba woman from Bre, ran and owned her own cafe, the Thulii Ngemba cafe, before working at Macquarie University.
