placing wedges and sectioning the metal with a single use bur makes this quick and safe, pre scan with occlusion to check where reduction is needed most helps a lot too, all cusps under 3mm are reduced
crack on mesial of second molar was removed and isolated with Teflon, Caries Detector gets rid of the guessing game at the margins which speeds up things too

Adhesive Buildups, Fine Prep, Scan 20mins
Sandblasting, Total Etch and IDS/RC with a shrinkage optimized flowable, finishing of margins and Teflon for Retraction as needed to scan

I usually take a longer break than I need, in this case this patient was first in in the morning and last put in the evening so he could go to work in between.

Design usually takes 15mins, milling and staining is done between other patients, in this case a total of three emergencies, six checkups, two treatment plans and a final scan of an implant case

Try-in, Adjustments, Anesthesia, Isolation 20mins
Sharpie makes adjustments quick and precise, with a common path of draw there‘s almost no intereference proximally

Luting, Polishing, Occlusal Adjustement 30mins
Dual Cure Resin for luting, all restorations seated simultaneously, occlusion adjusted to Shimstock precision to avoid adjustment appointments, none needed in this case
