Traveling alone was something that never crossed my mind but I was put into a last minute situation where a planned, international trip ended up becoming solo. I freaked out, was nervous to my bones and the moment the plane took off, I couldn’t hold in my tears anymore.

But this unexpected solo trip changed the course of my travels, forever. I got a taste of what total freedom felt like and till this day, crave solo travel. Don’t get me wrong, I still love group trips but there’s such a liberating feeling about being in control of your time, space & energy. Solo traveling isn’t for everyone but to say the least — is addicting 🤭
