Lately, there's been a lot going on that's made me have to stop and take a moment for myself. I don't typically repeat visiting countries in short periods of time, but I got back to Thailand a couple of days ago. I wasn't ready to leave Cambodia, especially since I was finally enjoying my time but with this lifestyle, you have to keep moving. I wasn't having the best time in Cambodia my first few weeks there although I was trying my best to look at the positives but at the end, I've learned that reality isn't always how you envision it to be.

This past year, I've been craving alone time after being with people for extended periods of time — something I've never felt before in my life. I've fallen in love with my individuality so much that I don’t know when I’d be able to give it up. On top of that, it's opened up so many internal conversations about my future that it just gives me the chills. 

I flew across the world to start a new life. Everything is new and fresh but the challenge it comes with is knowing when to find the balance, especially when work and life coincide with each other. I came back to Thailand to tackle something I've never tackled before and although there’s so much uncertainty, life will always be a mystery unless you give it a shot. I'm so grateful I have friends both near and far to lean on because when you're going through change and challenges physically alone, it isn't always the easiest.
