Their mixology + cocktail game is next level and the ambience is so chic and different from anything we are used to in the city - it’s rustic and almost cave like, but modern at the same time. They have an amazing cocktail menu, which features more than a dozen selections incorporating and highlighting Italian liqueurs, vermouths, apéritifs, and bitters. These recipes are based on the original, first-ever published Italian cocktail book, “1,000 Mixtures” by Elvio Grassi.
