It's the little things in life that bring true joy. 

Last weekend, guests were able to share an evening with Chef Charlie Palmer as he hosted a Springtime Dinner. 

Chef started the evening with savory smoked salmon, resting on a belini, with hints of citrus. Pops of Spring during the next course, as guests enjoyed peas and pesto over pasta. Deep and rich duck, followed by a ridiculously tender filet mignon accompanied by foraged morels.  And to wrap up the evening, a sweet apple tarte tatin with a sparkle of gold leaf. 

Can it get any better than that? Thank you Chef Charlie Palmer!
