When she tells you to have fun, don’t roll your eyes...that’s actually the key to more efficient learning and performing. If you can get to a space where you can enjoy the work, the process, the failure, and still find joy in it- you’re actually doing better work than if you’re stressed, worried, or nervous.

You’re not just enjoying the moment and having a good experience, you’re literally giving yourself a higher chance of winning.
