The award celebrates businesses that consistently deliver outstanding service and are part of an exclusive group that ranks among the top 10% of listings on Tripadvisor.

Here's a thoughtful review from Jill G. on Tripadvisor, "The lighthouse and museum were by far the highlight of the trip! We book a guided tour and it was well worth the money. Jason was not your average tour guide. Instead of sounding like he was reciting a script, it seemed as if he was just having a conversation about a place he loves. The hour and a half tour was filled with the history of the lighthouse as well as the responsibilities and life of the lighthouse keepers. The tour included the other buildings on the property. We heard about current operations to retrieve artifacts from shipwrecks, as well as what they are doing to preserve the history of the lighthouse.

The entire area is great for families with young children. There are areas just for kids to play and experience the lighthouse. They’ve even labeled areas on the map of the property with sensory cues to help those who may be sensitive to smells and loud sounds."
