## Caption

Working with Jack Foy (jackfoy30) on balance/staying level  during lateral plays and hitting his spots. Shooters have option to one-time after the first pass from the bumper or feed a pass to the back side shooter. Jack does a good job of getting his feet back underneath him, establishing a good base if needing to transition to the backside. 

Seeing too many goalies utilize a high stance in a similar scenario resulting in balance issues, effectively not allowing them to get to the back side option quick enough or if they do they’re all out of sync.
