Looking for a furry companion? Today, HoustonMayor Whitmire toured BARC_Houston Animal Shelter and Adoption Clinic. We have a great facility at 3300 Carr Street. Our employees do an outstanding job caring for these animals, but these furry companions all deserve a permanent home.
