Before working with me, Dom shared that the biggest barriers holding him back from achieving his health goals were his lack of self-confidence and motivation. He didn't have lots of prior experience going to the gym and had no idea how to start his journey towards being healthy. By keeping it simple and teaching him how to adopt long-lasting habits based on the fundamentals of health and fitness, Dom not only started his health journey, but he achieved incredible results. 👏
