Busy mums, this one's for you 💪

Susanne came to me with serious back pain, looking for a program that would help to strengthen her whole body but particularly her neck, shoulders, and core. 

Between kids and a challenging job, Susanne's time is pretty restricted. So, we placed importance on shorter, efficient workouts that are still challenging and help her to achieve her overall goals. She even gets her kids doing them with her sometimes! 🤘
