Ladies - Wear any from fitting athletic top and bottom! You can wear any color and any style of top (t-shirt, tank top, sports bra, etc)! Your makeup should be natural/light with false eyelashes! 

Guys- Wear any form fitting athletic top and bottom! You can wear any color and make sure you have athletics shoes! Hair should be groomed at out of the face!
