Happy #InternationalTrailsDay 
We celebrate on the first Saturday in June each year, with trail associations normally hosting a free BBQ. The main part though is getting out to appreciate nature and all of the benefits it offers. 
There are so many #hikingtrails to choose from, including the High Head Trail on Nature Conservancy land - a personal favourite! 
When you are out in shared public places be sure to respect the public health advice and please consider another trail when it is busy.
