Let it be known!  They swear stretch 4s and 5s just started hooping. It's not true.

Bill Laimbeer was a stretch 5 for the Pistons.

Nearly all of his attempts came from the perimeter. In today's game, he'd be spot shooting 3s all night long.

This clip is from Game 2 of the 1988 2nd round series between the Bulls and Pistons.

In the first quarter of this game, Laimbeer scored nearly all of the Pistons points, primarily on perimeter jumpers.
