The 2023 Regionals circuit starts THIS WEEKEND

Regional competitions will run from May-August and help provide a higher level of competition than a local or State meet. American Records can be set, and the podium finishers (top 3) in each division will be granted a +50kg handicap towards their qualifying total for Raw or Equipped Nationals (2023 and 2024).
