As a mobile home park owner, prioritizing a safe and compliant wastewater treatment plant (if you are brave enough to on this journey) is VITAL. You don't want to screw this up.

1. Hire and vet your operator.
2. Learn the system.  You don't have to be an expert.
3. What is the permitted amount of flows per day?  Where is the system running now?

These are a few things that can help you ensure your treatment plant is "good." I have a running list of 30 items plus to check on this one DD item.  Or you could just not buy these!  Haha
