This property was the definition of a slum. The owner had not been to the property in 8 years and was even surprised how bad it was when we did our walkthrough. It was an armpit for the city and was 100% in line for redevelopment.

56 homes, all park owned.
Owners rent roll (which he wasn’t collecting) was at $10,360 per month.

We sold all of the homes to families. And now our rent roll is at $42,520. And we have great families in the park with a clean and safe place to live.

Park is 95% Collected, and all homes are tenant owned.
