No Money 💵 Down mobile home park deals?

Do they exist? Maybe, Probably. 🤷🏼‍♂️

But if the deal is a no money down deal, and you can get the seller to agree to these terms. My guess is there is A LOT of hair on the deal that is going to require CapEx dollars (money to fix stuff).⚒🔨🪚🔩

So is it really no money down? Not really.

Now, you can get into deals with no money. You can add value in other ways and earn equity. If I were a new investor in Mobile home parks I would not wait on finding a no money down deal. 💵💸
