As a park owner it’s tempting!

It’s tempting to pay Tommy in lot 3 $500 for the repair because your licensed contractor just quoted you $3,000.⚒🏡

🚧⚒Take it from me……DO NOT DO THIS. Get the work done right the first time!

🛑✋🏻More times than not “Tommy” will screw it up and you end up having to pay the guy who quoted you $3,000 in the first place. This will be VERY tempting for you as a mobile home park owner. Don’t do it! 🛑 ✋🏻 

Even licensed contractors can screw things up by the way…….this will be another post…….
