‼️Good Debt vs Bad Debt‼️

Not all debt is bad. 📈Debt that produces income is NOT bad debt. In fact, I want as much of this kind of debt as I can get.

⚠️And let me say this…..I probably NEVER want to pay the properties off. Yes, I said that, I never want it to be paid for. 😱I want to keep refinancing and recycling that capital.

✅Consumer debt is bad debt. Look, I like to buy nice things, don’t get me wrong. But good debt makes you money and bad debt costs you money. Simple.

✅Lastly, Going into debt for personal development is 100% good debt!!
