‼️‼️Don’t Overpay for Value-Add deals!

It’s going to be a lot of work and you do not want to pay the seller for that upside. 📉🎯

I will say this though, what I’ve learned in real estate 🏠is that it’s always going to seem like your paying too much…..pretty much always.

It’s not until a year 📆or so down the road when you look back and say oh wow, that was an incredible buy!‼️🔥🎯

Most of our 2021 acquisitions were “overpriced” / we were “paying too much.”Now, looking back it’s like damn! We stole some of those deals!💰🏠🏠💪🏻
