First Deal! Where to buy? I would suggest buying your first deal within a few hours drive from where you are.

Now, some people do not do this and buy all over the place and I totally get that.

If you are buying heavy value-ad. You want to be close so you can be there when things go wrong.

I’m not saying don’t buy out of state, I would just consider getting something close on your first deal!
