You can absolutely keep your 9-5 job and invest in mobile home parks! I did for a year until we got too big and it just didn’t make sense anymore.

The sales position was actually taking more time and had less upside than the RE that had way more upside.

Don’t let this keep you from investing in MHPS. You know you don’t want to be in that job forever. Go make it happen!
