Why did I go from insurance to real estate investing?

Goals and purpose, my long range goals could not be reached in the business I was in and Covid woke me up to the fact!

I learned a lot from that business but it was no longer the vehicle for me. 

I needed a long term optioned that I actually OWNED and built real equity in. Cashflow and real passive income!
