back in January, i proclaimed this to be my year of PBJ… but i’ve been slacking.

SO prepare for an overload of peanut butter (aka no new news here) to come. 

these PBJ bites are freezer friendly, easy to make, require no baking and taste like ice cream!! 

ingredients
2 c purple grapes
1/3 c lifewaykefir unsweetened
1 c peanut butter, warmed
30 G protein powder, vanilla 
Melted chocolate (optional) 

mix together all ingredients except chocolate and grapes until a thick creamy batter forms- then mix in grapes. 
line a baking sheet and form cookie shapes with the batter.
Pour over with melted chocolate if desired.
Freeze until firm!
