For these Gluten Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies 😋, add 3/4 a bar of skinnymechocolates Pumpkin Pie Chocolate to your fave gluten free brownie mix (I used viddiesbakery). Swirl with homemade pumpkin cheesecake spread (4oz kitehillfoods dairy free cream cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice and 1 tsp maple syrup) and bake. 👩‍🍳

Once cooled, melt the last 1/4 of the chocolate to make a spider web, and coat 2 mini gluten free cookies for spiders. Add sprinkle eyes and legs of a thinly chopped chocolate protein bar, and dig in! 🤤
