from third-string to starting QB, rice cakes truly are the MVP of 2022.

either I’ve been trying to rewatch all the seasons of Friday night lights for way too (approaching one year and still on season three) OR my boyfriends constant football watching is rubbing off on me. 

probably both but either way RICE CAKES ARE THE MVP.

especially when paired with eatenlightened pumpkin cheesecake ice cream and a chocolate hard shell.

Talk about fall heaven in a cup…

NEEDS (for 6 cups): 1 plain rice cake crunched in bottoms of silicone cups, 1 pint eatenlightened pumpkin cheesecake ice cream (about one scoop per cup) and 1/2 c melted chocolate spooned onto the tops.

Freeze for a few hours until chilled and firm!
