Anybody that knows me knows that I LOVE to eat. With that love comes an appreciation of a piece of dark chocolate after a meal. When I was diagnosed with cancer in Sept of 2020 I started to read a lot and talk a lot and discover a lot about what makes cancer cells grow. In my discoveries I was led to a deflame diet and a strict no-carb policy. Cancer cells thrive on carbs and sugars. If I was going to battle cancer I would have to do everything possible to defeat it. So that means no more after dinner dark chocolate for me. 

Then I discovered skinnymechocolates at #woodmans and my life changed. Holy smokes these things are good. The best part? NO SUGAR and a net 2g of carbs meant that I could indulge without guilt. I’m hooked. 😍 No, they are not a low calorie food. But, if you really know me, you also know I spend a bit of time in the gym so I’m not much of a calorie counter. Lots of protein, 3 times a day and a little bit of chocolate after. Delicious and guilt free.

I recently spent some time in my studio putting together a picture of some SkinnyMe squares I received in my favorite flavor- Almond Brownie. Their Exotic Sea Salt is crazy good too. Thank you SkinnyMe. See you after dinner 😉
