“Lights out good”‼️ Repost from theketogrillguy

This Dessert Keto Quesadilla changed my life.

Oh. My. Goodness.

I started off chopping up some strawberry’s and combining them with some blackberries and blueberries.

I then chopped some of the Skinny Me Chocolates and set them aside.

I got a griddle hot and added a low carb burrito shell with peanut butter. Once it was warmed up I added the berries and chocolate and folded it all together.

After slicing it into 4 quesadillas pieces I plated them with some Rebel Vanilla Ice cream. A little RxSugar Chocolate Syrup. And some powdered monkfruit.

THIS WAS INCREDIBLE.

Maybe my favorite low carb dessert I have ever made.
