Healthy(ier) Twix Bar

I saw a healthy twix bar pop up on my explore page (can't remember the person to tag) and I had to make it! Luckily kaliforniaketo ketobakingchallenge is going on right now and I had everything to make it

Steps:
•Used kaliforniaketo kookies mix as the base (made as directed on the pack (1 egg and 5tbsp butter; cooked in 350° oven for 12 mins)
•Combined cardnl.co salted caramel and oldhomefoods crunchy peanut butter and poured on top of the cookie (put in the fridge to set)
•Took skinnymechocolates milk chocolate baking melts and a little goodandgathertarget heavy cream (microwave at 30 sec increments and mixed); then poured on top of caramel layer (placed into the  fridge to set)

Then you have final product 😍🤩. It's so good and tastes just like a twix.
