Alix and I have been using Tonal for some of our strength training and it’s amazing. This was my first time ever lifting with digital weight🤯 and I was shocked at how efficient while challenging the workout was!💪🏼 I love that Tonal tracks my reps and volume, so I know exactly what I‘ve done after every training session. And the best part is it fits in my house!! 🤩 I can’t wait to keep using it to get stronger and to push myself with this new technology.👊🏼
