Last lift and sled sprint sesh before we leave for China👊🏼 It made me realize how grateful I am to everyone who has helped me reach ALL of my goals during this training block! 🙌🏼🙏🏼❤️ I was able to reach some milestones that have previously eluded me and I’m pretty stoked on it tbh 🥳

But now it’s time to call all those mini-goals into service of our bigger goals as a team and that starts this week in China 🥊🤨 It’ll be our second tournament of the year but really the first event and official start of the season!
