Prison changed my life in ways that nothing else could. It was the best thing to ever happen to me and it’s likely what kept me alive. I was focused on my emotions, disciplining myself to get into a routine, and getting to a place where I felt good about what I was accomplishing. So, find a place (hopefully it’s not as extreme as my story) where you can execute small tasks to feel more at peace with yourself and gain confidence knowing that you are progressing. #addiction #prison #prisonlife #jailtime #lifelessons
