Women 👏 Making 👏 Moves 👏

womenmakemoves, NYC-based #rabbitCLUB, is creating a safe and empowering space for women and women-identifying athletes to run and build community together. Created in March 2022, founder Tammy Salazar-Andurand wanted to celebrate women beyond the month of March (Women's History Month) and also provide a space for women to connect and grow together through movement.

"We have women of all levels run with us: from Boston Qualifiers to first time runners, to dog owners and casual walkers! It's not about numbers; it's about embracing and uplifting each other, whether you're at the front or back of the pack." - instatamagram

Meeting at urbanasanas, the first Black woman-owned yoga and wellness studio in Crown Heights, the group emphasizes inclusion and representation. They also support female-owned businesses with monthly gatherings and post-run meetups at various local spots.
